The Treo 700w might be launched by Verizon at CES

The Treo 700w might be released at CES, the consumer electronics show. Msmobiles is reporting that Handango had published something that might hint a January 2006 release for the Treo 700w. It looks like a letter from Handango to software vendors:

“In early January, Verizon will be exclusively launching the new Windows Mobile 5.0 Treo 700, and we need YOUR applications to feature on our Verizon sites, as well as in our new 5.0 PPC InHand catalog. Additionally, your WM 5.0 applications will be sold through several other …”

We knew that Verizon was going to be the first company to offer the new Windows Treo and we knew that it would be in Q1 2006, but this bit of information will make CES even more exciting. Via msmobiles
