To be fair, iPod lovers should give the Zen Vision:M a second look. Although its shortcomings include a proprietary dock connection, video cable, non-removable battery, and the inability to plug and play for data transfer, its wide compatibility range for all video formats, superb audio and video playback, excellent UI, and a battery that lasts at least a movie or two on the go makes a truly compelling case against the video iPod.
