A source close to HP claims that the pending iPAQ 6800 is actually an O2 Atom that runs on HP firmware and ships in a sleek silver case with a plastic fold-back screen guard thrown in for good measure, reminiscent of the 6500 screen guard. Speculated specs include built-in radio, a 2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, WiFi, IrDA, 128MB ROM and 64MB RAM. Needless to say, it runs on the latest Windows Mobile 5.0 platform. Via Mobility Today
