Sony’s Mouse Talk device looks and works like a normal mouse, save for the fact that it doubles as a VoIP phone as well. Just open it up and speak to your intended contact via any VoIP software. The corded, USB 2.0 Mouse Talk will run on Windows 2000 or XP environments only. Its dimensions are 45.5mm x 23.9mm x 89.2mm and weighs 67g.
