Here’s an incident where modern technology comes in handy – a family managed to track down a stolen SUV that was carrying a baby via the father’s GPS-equipped Sprint phone that remained in the car. Current privacy laws prevent Sprint to reveal the car’s location without first going through a bunch of red tape, but thankfully the SUV was found abandoned with the baby inside unharmed.
