
Genius has unveiled the world’s first commercial infrared webcam, the VideoCAM Trek 310. Infra-red mode is turned on automatically when the lighting conditions around the webcam are deemed too poor for regular usage. The Trek 310 can also take 1.3 megapixel stills and record 32-bit VGA video @ 30fps. It is available in Europe currently in the region of $48. M&C Tech via Gadget Review
