View Windows Media content on a Mac

Has Microsoft softened its stance against Apple? The software giant has released a new free mini plugin that allows Apple Mac users to watch and listen to .wmv and .wma files in QuickTime via the Internet. Dubbed Flip4Mac, this plugin will link to Apple’s QuickTime player to enable Windows Media content playback. Optimized for PowerMac G4 and G5 computers, Flip4Mac will only work on Macs running Mac OS X 10.3.9 or later and QuickTime 6.5 or newer. Via Pocket Lint
