Vodafone Japan has released a trio of 3G phones that are actually pleasant to look at. The Toshiba 904T has an interesting pivoting screen and can be used with or without the keyboard. The 804SS comes across as a serious contender of the RAZR’s throne. It sports a 2.3” QVGA screen, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint compatibility, and 140MB of internal memory. Lastly, NEC’s 804N has a whooping 450MB memory, a 2.2” QVGA screen, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity and is CAST compatible. Via Akihabara News
