When the first 64K SIM card came out years ago, hip mobile phone users were just that little bit smug in the knowledge that they were vastly superior to their 32K friends. Today we’re still using the same cards. Not any longer. Orange is set to blow everyone out of the water with the launch of the MegaSIM 512 MB SIM cards. That’s a whopping 8,000 times larger than current generation SIM cards.
