Sony acknowledges faulty Walkman range

Sony acknowledges and confirms reports that some MP3 players in its Walkman range do not work well with the Sony Connect software. Symptoms include slow performance or glitches during installation. Sony recommends users who have experienced such problems to consult the FAQ before turning to alternative Sony software like SonicStage. The affected players are the NW-A1000 , NW-A3000 and NW-A608.
