3D ads a possibility in the future

Japanese researchers have chanced upon creating flash dots in the air via a laser display. This makes it possible to show ‘real 3D images’, and there are already talks of implementing it as a giant 3D ad or even as an emergency distress signal. Imagine Batman or the Fantastic 4 using one of these – never will Gotham City or New Yorkers look as these symbols of justice in 2D shame ever again!
