This cute little webcam looks like Orbb from Quake III: Arena. He is actually the father of a manga hero, Kitaro. The webcam ships with a 0.3-megapixel CMOS chip and connects via USB. As far as we know, this annoyingly cute webcam is confined to Japan only.
