Xbox 360’s list of backwards compatible games is nothing short of shameful. Thankfully, a long overdue update shows a handful of Xbox games making the cut. Playing these titles in 720p and 1080i resolution is like visiting an old flame – the original spark of interest has disappeared but the air of familiarity makes it worth the while. Hopefully, Microsoft will pick up some slack and increase the list sooner rather than later. Check out the new additions after the jump. New games on the list:
• BLACK™
• Star Wars Battlefront™ II
• World Soccer Winning Eleven 9
Updated games:
• Darkwatch™
• Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas™
• Half-Life® 2
• Fable®
• Fable®: The Lost Chapters™
• Forza Motorsport™
• Ninja Gaiden®
• Ninja Gaiden® Black
• SSX 3
• Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell® Chaos Theory™
• kill.switch
• World Series Baseball® 2K3
