IO-Data is paving the way to the future with a couple of full HD hard drive recorders that come in capacities of 250GB or 500GB. Both models have an i.Link connector that can be hooked up to the TV. In Japan, full HD means 1125i, which is different from our 1080i standard. The entire full HD scenario is already confusing enough for the layman, and now the Japanese have to come up with something totally different, adding further perplexity to the situation.
