Korea’s company Iljin Display have successfully developed a tiny, coin-sized laser video projector module that can be incorporated into cellphones and cameras. You can now project photos from your latest vacation onto a plain wall instead of viewing them via the tiny cellphone screen. Iljin Display projects that at least 5% of cellphones will come with built-in projection functionality by the year 2010. Samsung and LG phones will be the first beneficiaries to tout this ability from next April onwards.
