Sprint unravels a bunch of entry-level clamshell phones

Sprint’s new line-up features 5 new entry-level models at an attractive price. The Sprint CDM-120 cellphone is free when you sign up with a contract – and it sports a 1.5″ color display, a speakerphone, and MP3 ringtones. The Samsung SPH-A580 has a greyscale external display, voice dialing, 1 x RTT, and a $30 price tag attached to it. $50 will snag you the Sanyo SCP-3100 featuring a VGA camera, 1.8″ color display, and a variety of colors to choose from. Purchase some decency at $80 for the Bluetooth-enabled LG LX350 that offers a 1.3-megapixel camera and a color external OLED display. The UTStarcom PM-8920 is available for just $20, a far cry from the original price when first launched in 2004.
