Macy stores to feature iPod vending machines

Retail chain giant Macy has diversified their product portfolio by installing iPod vending machines after coming to an agreement with makers of iPod vending machines, Zoom Systems. Look out for Zoom @ Macy’s machines whenever you’re in one of their upmarket outlets. These vending machines look set to increase the amount of impulse buys, and with the ability to accept credit card transactions, the shopper must be all the more prudent when it comes to spending. By this fall, there should be around 180 of these Zoom @ Macy’s vending machines nationwide.
