T-Mobile bans VoIP from super-3G service

T-Mobile UK has aimed its latest flat-rate version of the data tariff at business users. The Web ‘n’ Walk Professional release will coincide with the new quadband HSDPA-enabled data card that comes with integrated WiFi. The card comes with a voucher that allows free use of T-Mobile’s WiFi hotspots for a year. This move will hopefully see a higher 3G adoption rate, but it doesn’t make economic sense to pay more than DSL and receive limited bandwidth/usage in return.
