Looks like 3D multiplayer games are the next logical step of evolution for cellphone games. Vodafone K.K. and Walt Disney Internet Group Japan is offering Cars 3D on Vodafone Live! from June 1 onwards. This is Disney’s first Bluetooth-enabled multiplayer 3D racing game, but you can choose to fly solo if you want to. July will see a powered-up version called Cars: Final Cup. Cars: Speed Challenge is the first Disney/Pixar movie-based game to be released before the film. Subscribers will be able to download additional characters and courses in the future for enhanced replayability.
