Google targets mobile platform

Google is tweaking its search technology to be able to retrieve different results, depending on the search platform queried. For instance, the keyword “film” might yield a list of films when searched from a desktop but a mobile browser will most probably retrieve results touching on the intention of heading to the movies. With the amount of portable devices that are Internet-capable gaining popularity each day, it is no surprise to see Google shifting its attention to enhancing adding to its services on the mobile front.
