The new model that will replace the Motorola RAZR has been codenamed Canary, and this little cellphone will definitely be another head turner and elicit more than a whistle, if the shots posted on HowardForums are anything to go by. As with most unreleased cellphones, unconfirmed specifications abound. The quad-band Canary is said to be equipped with a 2.0 megapixel camera, 17MB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, EDGE and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and a mini USB port.
