You know how cables can get in the way of everything, infuriating even the most docile of musicians. M-Audio’s new MidAir USB MIDI controllers and interfaces uses wireless technology to solve the cable problem for computer-centric musicians. The MidAir25 ($249.95) offers 25 velocity-sensitive keys and includes a MidAir 2.4GHz receiver that works within a 30 feet range keeping you connected all the time, while the MidAir37 ($299.95) comes with 37 keys. The MidAir receiver acts as a standard USB-MIDI interface that requires no drivers to work and is compatible with other MIDI instruments when configured properly.
