The Ricoh Caplio RR660 betters its predecessor, the RR630, by a mile. This 6.16 megapixel entry-level digital camera is more compact and lighter, and boasts a generous 2.4″ TFT LCD monitor, 16MB of internal memory, 3x optical zoom and 4x digital zoom that are more than capable of handling any candid photo tasks thrown at it. Weighing just 130g, the RR630 is extremely portable and comes with a variety of modes (up to 6 scenes) to enhance the point-and-shoot experience. Photos and movies are stored on the SD memory card. The RR660 is powered by AA batteries, ensuring that you can take pictures no matter where you are due to the universal availability of AA batteries.
