Go green with the world’s first solar-powered scooter by Solarin Holdings. The Solarin Turtle is built in Malaysia and has garnered strong interest around the world in view of oil price hikes and inflation. China, the country that relies on pedal power, has already ordered 100,000 units. Details are scant at this moment – even a real picture cannot be sourced. What we do know is the Solarin Turtle maxes out at 55 mph and can be recharged via thermal heat or an electrical source. It will be priced no higher than $820.
