The GP40 personal navigation device from Takara comes with a whole host of innovations that are bound to thrill. The GP40 boasts a 4″ color TFT LCD touchscreen that displays up to a whooping 32 million colors, a hands-free Bluetooth headset, and preloaded software including Destinator 6 and fixed radars. The GP40 is powered by the SiRFStar III GPS chipset that provides the most accurate reading possible for any commercial GPS device and runs on Windows CE.net 4.2. Multimedia capabilities include support for MPEG4, MP3, and JPEG formats. Navteq will provide maps for Europe on a 2GB SD card format. You can purchase it for 649 Euros from selected automobile dealers.
