The Toshiba Satellite K15 notebook will suit those who work in rugged environments, as the notebook is able to withstand the force from a fall of 70cm without sustaining any internal component damage. The Satellite K15 is no sluggard even though it is extremely robust – beneath the hood contains a choice between T2500, T2300, or a Celeron M410CPU, 512MB of RAM, and a 40GB hard disk drive. The graphic chipset is a choice between the Intel 945GM or ATI Radeon Express 200M. Other features include WiFi, a DVD-ROM, and a 15.4″ WXGA screen. The K15 weighs a hefty 3kg due to the materials added on for protection.
