Following Panasonic’s footsteps, Toshiba will launch its new 4GB SD High Capacity (SDHC) card when September rolls around. This new SDHC card is faster than your regular SD card with a minimum write speed of 4MB/s. It also comes with CPRM3 copy protection technology for added security. It is most likely that future SDHC cards will come in capacities of up to 32GB, but hold your horses. Most SDHC cards are not compatible with current SD memory card readers and gadgets.
