It offers a fusion of 3 leading interfaces – FireWire 800, FireWire 400, and USB 2.0. The My Book Pro Edition comes in capacities of 250GB ($219) and 500GB ($349), offering intelligent drive management in the form of SmartPower automatic power on/off and Safe Shutdown. It is compatible with both PCs and Macs. The LED capacity gauge makes it easy to know how much space is left at a glance. Backup and system recovery software are included with each purchase. The casing looks like a poor imitation of an Xbox 360 though.
