The FCC has approved the R2H Ultra Mobile PC from Asus. This new UMPC comes with a generous 7″ WXGA display that is more than adequate for all your viewing needs. Other features include a 1.3 megapixel camera that acts as a webcam as well as snapping the occasional candid shots and Bluetooth 2.0+EDR connectivity. A biometric fingerprint reader provides some level of security to provide unauthorized access of your data in case of theft or loss. What is surprising would be the price – Asus decided to slap a recommended retail price of $1,000. Availability details are scarce at the moment.
