The CyberDrive NMD 35 from Germany might cost approximately $370, but it boasts a feature set that is on par with other fully-functional satellite navigation systems that are a notch higher in terms of pricing. This device comes with complete multimedia support that enables MPEG 4 movie playback, MP3 and WAV audio playback, as well as the ability to view photos on it. An SD/MMC memory card slot allows you to carry your media with you, while the integrated speakers offer some pretty decent performance. The CyberDrive NMD 35 has voice-guided navigation and ships with 64MB of RAM. It will be available this winter on Amazon.de.
