Hitachi DVL-7TV portable DVD player

Hitachi will be releasing a new 7″ widescreen DVD player soon, and this device boasts other multimedia functions like a built-in FM radio, a TV tuner, and an alarm function. The LCD screen is capable of a maximum resolution of 480 x 234. It weighs just 1.1kg, making it a great companion for those going on a long road trip. The DVD player also supports playback of videos recorded on DVD-R. Other supported formats include audio CD support, CD-R/RW discs with MP3 and JPEG files on them. The DVL-7TV will retail at approximately $350 when released according to the Japanese press release.
