Optimus, the company the brought you the OLED-enabled keyboard, will begin shipping the miniature programmable keypad from August 1 onwards at $160 per keypad. This keypad comes with 3 programmable keys that has miniature OLED displays. You can either stick to the default functions or create your very own software applications. Each OLED key has a lifespan of 5,000 operating hours and comes with a screensaver mode to prolong the life of the keys. A polycarbonite shell protects these keys from mechanical damage. Among the key configurations include a Word toolbar, CPU temperature readings, or a stock tracker.
