Frankly, we are getting tired of this pink revolution that is affecting nearly every single gadget and gizmo imaginable. Do the manufacturers seriously think that slapping a coat of pink will revive flagging sales of a product? Has anyone done market research on whether females would hold off purchasing a particular device just because there is no pink color available? Colorware thinks so as they unveiled their pink-colored range of iPod Videos and the iPod Nano. The 30GB and 60GB pink iPod Videos will retail for $389 and $489 respectively, while the 4GB pink iPod Nano is going for $329 on Amazon. Paying almost a hundred bucks extra for a color change reeks more of daylight robbery than anything else.
