Skype and Logitech bring their partnership to a new level with the new Logitech EasyCall Desktop that comprises of a mouse, a headset and speakerphone along with a Skype-specific keyboard. This special keyboard is equipped with one-touch buttons that allow the user to launch Skype, make or end a call, changing the user’s online status, as well as dialing a cellular or landline number. Speed dial buttons remain in the domain of F9 to F12 keys. The new Logitech EasyCall Desktop will be available in Europe sometime in the middle of next month in retail stores as well as the Skype online store. Pricing details are unconfirmed as at press time.
