Write speeds for the new PX-608CU are 4x DVD+/-R DL; 8x DVD+/-R; 8x DVD+RW; 6x DVD-RW and 5x DVD-RAM. Low-power consumption is another trademark as this drive uses just 4.8W during DVD-R 8x writing.
