The new Holide Digital Video Recorder and Camera looks like a USB flash drive, so you are able to carry it with you without raising any eyebrows. Unfortunately, this device comes with only 2MB of built-in memory. The manufacturer cannot be blamed as they still need to cram in all the electronics that make video recording possible into such a small space. Thankfully, there is a light at the end of the tunnel as you can bump up the memory with either an SD or MMC memory card. Don’t expect HD quality though as video is captured in 12fps at VGA quality. You can’t order this DV Cam individually as they are available only in bulks of 300.
