Word on the street is Garmin will be announcing the new Nuvi 660 soon. The Garmin Nuvi 660 will be equipped with Bluetooth connectivity and a built-in FM transmitter that enables you to listen to voice instructions on your car stereo via FM. In addition, the Nuvi 660 is compatible with both the Garmin GTM-20 and GTM-21 traffic receivers with connections for an external antenna, headphones/speakers, and an internal microphone. It will boast a wider 4.3″ screen at a resolution of 480 x 272 pixels. European versions of the Nuvi 660 will come pre-installed with a safety camera database. The official announcement should be released anytime between now and October to pave the way for an official release during the upcoming holiday season.
