
Boot Camp users will rejoice to know that Apple Computer has released the Boot Camp 1.1.1. beta version last week. This dual-booting software solution update weighs in at 186MB, so dial-up users will have to be prepared for a long, long wait. Version 1.1.1 offers support for the latest Intel Core 2 Duo-based iMacs and Mac minis, as well as improved performance when it comes to wireless Bluetooth devices. Minimum system requirements include an Intel-based Mac, Mac OS X Tiger 10.4.6 or later, the latest Apple firmware updates, 10GB free hard disk space, a blank recordable CD and an authentic Microsoft Windows XP installation disc.
