D-Link has released a new 802.11g wireless router for the South African market. The DVG-G1402S targets both home users as well as small office setups. This wireless router is different from its brethren because it comes with built-in VoIP functionality. You can connect up to a maximum of two analog phones to the wireless router as it comes with a couple of FXS ports and support for the SIP protocol. Built-in call waiting and Caller ID functions add further value to the package. All you need to do is to select a VoIP service provider, configure the DVG-G1402S correctly, and you’re good to go. It also helps you save some money in the process as there is no need to purchase different hardware parts individually.
