USB flash drives are fine and dandy to carry your personal data, but they generally do not come with a security measure of some sort to keep personal data safe from prying eyes. The DataGuard USB Thumbdrive Lock aims to remedy that pitfall by storing your USB flash drive inside, requiring the correct number combination to open the locked box. The case is made from a rugged metal design which is hardy enough to withstand regular knocks and the occasional drop. We’re not quite sure what happens when you forget the number combination. That would be a good time to make use of your expensive hardware set which you’ve always wanted but never got around using it. The DataGuard USB Thumbdrive Lock retails for $14.99.
