The Nintendo DS is considered to be a rousing success in the gaming world with its touchscreen capabilities, and perhaps a somewhat similar level of success is what Philips aims for with the new Touch Sensitive Gaming Table. This gaming device is a 30″ LCD display that featres a touch screen and a multi-object position detection tabletop to revolutionize the way you see tabletop games. Dubbed the Entertaible, it would be interesting to see whether any game developers will get involved in the project. Forget about Snakes & Ladders or Monopoly – imagine the possibilities of having a Warhammer 40K session. The Entertaible ought to enter the testing phase soon.
