
The Treo line of smartphones from Palm is easily identified, no thanks to its large antenna that sticks out like a sore thumb. That is now a thing of the past with the new Treo 750v smartphone which will hitch a ride on Vodafone’s 3G/UMTS network upon its release around Europe later this year. Microsoft, Palm, and Vodafone are working together to empower mobile professionals with a greater level of productivity via the 3G/UMTS network. This new device will run on the Windows Mobile. 5.0 operating system. There is currently no word on pricing.
