Here’s a robot dog that comes with a powerful bark but a non-existent bite. The HipPop is a speaker which replaces the poor mutt’s face with a speaker, enabling you to hook it up with virtually any device with an audio output. The HipPop also comes with an integrated motion sensor that will light up and play some tunes or sounds whenever it detects any nearby motion. If you feel that such behaviour is inappropriate, there is the option to turn off such an ability. The HipPop is powered by three AAA batteries and picking one up from the electronic pound will cost you $25.
