Maplin is offering the A93GC MP4 player for £60 when it is released in the beginning of November, and the price will see a sharp £40 jump to £100 at the end of 2006. Details of the A93GC are extremely scarce at the moment, but judging by Maplin’s track record, this 2GB portable media player with a 1.5″ display will hardly cause a dent in the Nano’s sales numbers.
