Miglia’s latest Skye-certified phone boasts wireless connectivity, but it has its fair share of drawbacks which could prove off-putting to power users. The Miglia Dialog phone is compatible with both the PC and Mac platforms, and connects to the PC via a diminutive USB transmitter. Unfortunately, that’s where all the goodness ends as the Miglia Dialog requires your PC to be turned on before it can be used unlike other wireless Skype handsets. It also lacks an LCD screen, and the only available controls are a call button and volume control. Everything else must be configured through the screen which is unacceptable to more experienced Skype users. For £50, Miglia could have done better.
