New devices from Intermec

Intermec has a couple of new devices coming up that feature a rugged built and durability which bodes well with butterfingers. The Intermec CN3 looks like a Blackberry device and features built-in GPS, 3G, WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity, as well as a 1.3 megapixel camera. It will be available worldwide in Q4 2006. The Intermec CV30 is a specialized data collection device that targets vehicle operators. You can choose from Windows CE.NET 5.0 or Windows Mobile 5.0 operating systems, and specifications include speech and voice recognition, WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, and RFID support. The CV30 was designed in such a way where it is able to stand up to the rigors of everyday use in harsh environments.
