
2006 is far from finished but Niveus Media has already introduced the n7 and n9 2007 Pro Series media centers. You can expect both models in the Pro Series to come jam-packed with the most advanced hardware and software available at the moment. These HD DVD-enabled media centers will have Intel’s Core 2 Duo Extreme processor running at the heart of things, and it is ably backed up by Intel’s Viiv technology, NVIDIA’s GeForce 7 Series GPU, and HDMI output. The Pro Series media centers feature easy rack mount installation and is highly customizable. Additional features include HDMI, RS-232, a built-in memory card reader, and RAID 5 hard drive data protection. The Professional Series n7 and n9 will retail for $6,999 and $14,999 respectively when they ship at the end of this month.
