To say the Sony has taken a severe beating from the harmless and docile-looking Nintendo DS would be an understatement, and this battle between both handhelds extends its borders to peripherals as well. Sony decided to release the PSPJ-15003 camera which boasts a resolution of 1.3 megapixels which strangely takes still shots in only 640 x 480 pixels. This means you’re better off with most cellphone cameras in the market these days. Well at least it helps you snap an instant avatar of yourself to use when you’re surfing a social network site via your PSP. The PSPJ-15003 will be released on November 2 at the recommended retail price of $44.
