The V30T Portable Video Player from Toshiba’s Gigabeat series look set to be available Stateside as you can pre-order this multimedia device from Amazon and Crutchfield for $399. The Gigabeat V30T will be known as the MEV30K in the U.S., and this 30GB Portable Video Player boasts a backlit 3.5″ QVGA 65k color TFT display, an integrated speaker, support for MP3, WMA, WMA Lossless, Windows DRM 9/10, and WAV formats, and TV-out capabilities. This device has a pretty solid battery life, running up to 8 hours’ worth of video and 30 hours of audio playback. It is currently available in black only, but there could be a chance for a white version to slip through.
