The Blackberry 8703e was originally rumored to be released at the end of August, but better late than never is the mantra which Verizon Wireless stuck to. This EV-DO-enabled handset will be available to Verizon Wireless customers this September 17, featuring a full 35-key QWERTY keyboard, a large, bright LCD display that adjusts the lighting levels automatically for an optimized viewing experience, and Internet surfing via Verizon Wireless’ BroadbandAccess service. The new Blackberry 8703e is available for $349.99 with a two-year agreement.
